Detached holiday home with private pool, enclosed garden and large fully equipped outdoorkitchen Detached villa on enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with large driveway, garden and private swimming pool (8x4) with walk-in stairs and surrounding terrace with outdoor furniture and lounge set, 4 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, kitchen, living room and large dining room with a view of the garden. Parking space for several cars in the closed driveway. The favorite place of our guests is the large equipped outdoor kitchen with dining table, barbecue, extra fridge/freezer, dishwasher and 4 burner gas hob. The bedrooms and living room have fixed air conditioning (hot / cold). Also gas central heating for the winter months. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The large shopping center La Marina is 5 km from the villa. There is also plenty to do in the area. At 250 meters from the villa there is a sports field (including tennis) and playground; free. The beaches of Benidorm and Albir are a 10 minute drive away. In a radius of 10 km there are several amusement parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, ... A visit to the waterfalls of Algar is also highly recommended. Your holiday will be too short to do everything. Guests like to come back to Casa Mi Pajobe. |

LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT OF THE VILLA Privacy guaranteed in Casa Mi Pajobe. The entire plot is fenced and closed by an electric gate. You can park several cars in the private driveway. Through the central entrance hall you have access to the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. From the living room, the sliding windows give access to the naya (garden room), where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a view of the garden. From the naya you reach the pool area. Washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room. |

VILLA WITH 4 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS Casa Mi Pajobe has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people and 2 babies. If you are traveling with fewer people, but would still like to stay with us, it is possible (with the exception of the months of July & August) to book less bedrooms. The unbooked rooms will then be closed. You are always the only tenant of the house. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Bedroom 4 has two single beds. The bathroom (bath, shower, toilet and sink) has recently been renovated. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. |

GARDEN, PRIVATE POOL & LARGE OUTDOOR KITCHEN The great asset of Casa Mi Pajobe is the outdoor space. The private swimming pool of 8x4 m with steps offers plenty of privacy. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with large barbecue, gas fire, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The pool and terrace have sun all day. If you prefer to avoid the sun, the outdoor kitchen, the parasols and the awning above the lounge set provide sufficient shade, while you can still be outside. There is also plenty of room to relax in the enclosed garden and the spacious driveway. And how about a game of petanque in your own garden? |

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS Casa Mi Pajobe is located on the Costa Blanca in La Nucia (urb. Panorama) 5 km from Benidorm and the beach. Cities such as Benidorm, Altea, Alfaz del Pi, Calpe, Villajoyosa are in the immediate vicinity. In a radius of 10 km you will find various sports facilities, including the sports center Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano, which provided La Nucia to be the European Sports City of the Year in 2012. There are several walking and cycling routes, including on the Puig Campana, as well as the amusement parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, ... The urbanization has a tennis/sports field and small playground (free to use ). Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The villa is located 3 km from the motorway exit and is easily accessible. By plane: from Alicante airport 59 km and Valencia airport 142 km. |
